This role provides accurate and timely financial insights that support decision‑making, cost control, and operational efficiency across the organization.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze OPEX and CAPEX spending by department and cost center.Perform variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.Support annual budget (AOP) preparation and rolling forecast.Track scrap levels, calculate financial impact, and generate scrap performance reports.Analyze root causes of significant variances and prepare concise variance explanations for all production orders.Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to reduce scrap and improve financial results.Prepare dashboards and financial reports for management.Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and audit requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits.Required Experience and SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.English fluency (spoken and written).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Hyperion (preferred).Power BI & Excel MacrosFamiliarity with production processes (preferred).Soft SkillsTeamwork and collaboration.Effective communication.Problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentExperienceExperience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial planning.Proven experience in building financial models and budgets.Involvement in forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (SAP).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsDesired Experience and SkillsSkyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
