Senior Incircuit Test Engineer

As a **Senior Incircuit Test Engineer,** you will be responsible for designing custom solutions to efficiently check electrical quality on complex circuit board assemblies.**Key Job Accountabilities**:- Partner with both the functional test design engineers and the manufacturing teams to successfully meet customer requirements.- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in multiple phases for the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management.- ** Design and develop** test fixtures that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholders (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs.- Lead the test strategy and focus on design for testability.- Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.- Integrate into the manufacturing sites by providing on-site installations, sharing knowledge, and providing continuous support.**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.- Five (5) years of related experience is required.- Experience with ICT platforms is required.Experience with the Keysight i**** Platform is preferred.- Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.- Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.- Ability to problem solve independently.- Ability to lead and mentor team members.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
