Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Sr Test Engineer _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, Sr Test Engineer role involves_- Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment_What a typical day looks like:- _ Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._- _ Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._- _ Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._- _ May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._- _ Create and maintain process documentation._- _ Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector._- _ Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Test Engineer in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with Chamber (2C (2 Corner)_- _ Personal Management_- _ Experience with transfers_- _ Knowledge with analysis of capabilities_- _ Experience with Backend process_- _ Knowledge in Functional test_- Knowledge with KPIs (Bone Pile, Head Count, Down Time, NDF, capacity analysis)- English advance (mandatory)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
