Your Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor and intercompany invoices accurately and on time.Manage payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements.Reconcile accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.Prepare clear financial reports and support data analysis.Provide excellent service to internal teams and external vendors.Support month-end closing activities with accuracy and efficiency.Manage assigned account portfolios and monitor transactions.Create and monitor direct transfer payments (DTP).Perform bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.Assist with additional tasks and projects assigned by management.Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in accounts payable, intercompany accounting, or related finance operations.Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.Experience utilizing ERP systems is a plus (SAP). #J-18808-Ljbffr
