Client Account Manager & Inside Sales Associate – Builder Lead ConverterBuilder Lead Converter, a leading Software With a Service (SwaS) company specializing in home builder lead generation and sales, is seeking a talented and dedicated Client Account Manager & Inside Sales Associate to oversee and address onboarding new clients and support ongoing technical needs. You will guide our clients as we set up our technical service after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.At Builder Lead Converter, we understand the challenges that builders and remodelers face in generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.As a Client Account Manager & Inside Sales Associate, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support our onboarding process and strengthen customer relationships through oversight of our support team.ResponsibilitiesConduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and confirm system functionalityAddress product-related queries promptlyTrain customers to effectively use our productsCommunicate customer feedback to developers to identify potential new features or productsReport on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costsAnalyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional featuresCollaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase salesEstablish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementationsTrack client monthly KPI scores to ensure continuous improvementQuarterly Business ReviewPrimary liaison between company and clientUpsell additional servicesSystem training when neededQualificationsProven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar roleSolid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPressFamiliarity with software and front-end developmentAbility to understand customer needs and offer timely solutionsExcellent verbal (English) and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTech, sales, and marketing savvy a plusBackground in new home, remodeling or real estate sales a plusAdditional DetailsLocation: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.This is a virtual position.Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply.
