Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- 4+ years of data analysis experience- 3+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience- 3+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience- Advance English b2+External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs in which Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of Sellers and Vendors to ship product from their warehouse.This role focuses on the enablement and standardization of processes across the operations.It focuses on creating and executing solutions through the automation of tools that will help the operations front-line team deliver faster and better results.An Ops Manager has a mix of technical and project management abilities, the person in this role has to not only execute daily, time-sensitive processes, but also propose standardization and improvements through lean techniques.Mexico City, DIF, MEX- 3+ years of operational and/or retail management experience- 3+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of supply chain experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
