Bookkeeper and Administrative Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)Type: Part-TimeAvailability: At least 2 hours per day during US Eastern Time (ET)About UptalentUptalent connects talented professionals across Latin America with companies in the United States.We're a people-first company that is growing fast.We value clear communication, initiative, and teamwork.We are looking for someone who loves being organized, enjoys working with numbers, and feels comfortable supporting both clients and contractors with friendly and professional service.What You'll DoBookkeeping & Financial AdministrationTrack income and expenses and categorize transactions in Google Sheets or accounting softwareMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsPrepare and send client invoices and follow up on late payments if neededProcess contractor payments using Wise, Payoneer, or other platformsCalculate credits, adjustments, and prorated payments as neededSet up and manage client subscriptions and billing in StripeReconcile accounts and generate basic financial reports for managementMonitor overdue accounts and communicate with clients to clarify billing issuesAssist with budgeting and tracking of vendor payments or project costsAdministrative & HR SupportCollect and organize contractor documentsMaintain accurate client and contractor records in spreadsheets and our CRMWelcome new contractors and ensure their payment accounts are ready before first paymentSupport offboarding by confirming final payments and communicating transitions clearlyHelp organize monthly reporting and keep digital filing systems (receipts, invoices, etc.) up to dateWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative supportExperience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools is highly preferredStrong command of Google Sheets (basic formulas, filters, etc.)Familiar with tools like Slack, Stripe, Gmail, ExcelExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail, high accuracy, and excellent organizational skillsComfortable handling financial data with confidentiality and discretionProactive, organized, and enjoys creating and improving processesComfortable speaking with clients and contractors; willing to make follow-up callsFamiliar with Grammarly or similar tools for clear and professional communicationBased in Latin America and available at least 2 hours per day during Eastern TimeExperience working with US-based companies preferredPeople-oriented personality who enjoys solving problems and making systems betterSomeone who wants to grow with Uptalent and increase their responsibilities over timeOther RequirementsLaptop or desktop computer with reliable internetQuiet working environment for calls and video meetingsFamiliarity with basic remote work tools and practicesWhy You'll Love Working with UptalentFlexible hours and remote work from anywhere in Latin AmericaA friendly and supportive team that values your contributionsThe opportunity to work closely with professionals across Latin America and the USA role where your work directly impacts business operationsOpportunities for growth and expanded responsibilitiesHow to ApplyPlease submit the following:Your CV or resumeA short note (in English) explaining why you want to work with Uptalent and why you're a great fit for this role#J-*****-Ljbffr
