Collaborating with the sales, marketing and product management teams, you will play a pivotal role in evolving global processes and solutions to reinforce our market positioning and financial health.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accurate and current pricing data- Monitor pricing metrics, prepare and support pricing reviews to management- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management to collect competitor pricing information- Evaluate market trends using internal and external data sources- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify pricing opportunities and stay competitive- Analyze sales and pricing metrics and derive recommendations for pricing adjustments- Develop and use statistical methods to predict the impact of pricing strategies- Prepare and present pricing proposals to senior management for approval- Ensure that pricing strategies adhere to company policies- Ensure pricing policies are consistently applied- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on pricing strategies and toolsYour qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline- 3+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in sales, pricing, or analytics- Ability to communicate in English (Oral and written)- Manufacturing industry experience- Experience working in a global and diverse organization- Strong analytical and data visualization skills- Strong communication skills and the ability to maneuver at all levels of the organization.- A positive mindset- Ability to communicate in English (Oral and written)FLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment, and service solutions to customers in the mining and cement industries - for more information please visit
