**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:Under the direction of the Pricing & Contract Manager, the Pricing Analyst is accountable for delivering effective coordination within the pricing and contract function along with commercial support. This role will provide administrative support and document management relating to current and previous agreements that provide significant financial impact to Howmet Aerospace Inc. R esponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Fleet agreement administration, payment follow up, maintaining ATMC´s database, monthly audits, updating customer pricing formats based on authorized prices, sample wheel account tracking & supporting urgent pricing requirements for operational supply chain proposes.**Major Activities and Key Challenges Include**:- Directly responsible for day-to-day fleet agreement administration including obtaining requests from the fleet commercial team, performing random sample audit, auditing the documents delivered from the customer and completing the tracking file, sending the requests to PCM.- Following up on fleet payment with finance and AP teams, once paid notifying the fleet team and updating the tracking database.- Responsibility for electronic ATMC´s, including maintaining ATMC database with all corresponding information related to the agreements in place, saving/organizing corresponding pdfs and tracking expiration dates, allowing the PCM to coordinate the next steps in the agreement cycle.- Supporting finance team & PCM as the first audit filter for the monthly pricing audit, providing clear feedback to the PCM if needed.- Working closely with product manager to keep the obsolete tracking file updated.- Supporting sales, fleet and marketing efforts, including CSR department, to provide pricing and forecasting information, utilizing Marketing Relationship Management tools.- Preparing customer pricing formats based on authorized pricing files. Managing customer´s portal requirements for authorized prices.- Sample wheel account tracking including monitoring budget.- Supporting urgent pricing additions or updates in the system for samples and/or export requirements, driven by authorized pricing files.**Basic Qualifications**:- A bachelor’s degree in business or accounting- 2+ years of experience in business administration or customer service- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel- Bilingual in English/Spanish**About Howmet Aerospace
