Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Change PM will work closely with Regional Offices and local support groups to interpret and understand change requirements and will guide the internal teams and suppliers to meet requirements on-time and within budget.The CPM will also manage the development schedule, track deliveries and milestones, coordinate and organize builds, manage project cost, manage change notifications, and generate progress reports for management.Other activities will include managing EOL (End of Life) Components, LTB (Life-Time Buys), and Tooling.The CPM will work closely with Program Managers, Regional Engineers, Suppliers, and other support groups to interpret and understand "change management" requirements.Guiding the internal support teams and suppliers to meet those requirements on-time and within budget.The CPM will manage the development schedule, track deliveries and milestones, coordinate and organize materials, shipments, and generate progress reports for management.Experiência y requisitos- Project Management Experience- Strong engineering fundamentals- Experience with Automotive Industry- Strong communication and organizational skills- Strong initiative; self-driven to deliver results beyond expectations- Demonstrated problem solving ability- Willingness to learn.- BS in Engineering or equivalent required- English Spoken and Written- 4-5yrs ExperienceTask BreakdownPlanning/Documentation: 35%Leading projects, managing deliverables, maintaining schedules and coordinating tasks: 45%Problem Solving: 20%SOLO SE EVALUARAN CANDIDATOS LOCALES DE TIJUANA, B.C.
