I am looking for a virtual assistant to help us with our growing real estate business in the United States.LET ME EMPHASIZE - speaking clear U.S. English, along with having some computer skills / experience, are the most important factors.This is a admin / general VA position**WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON FOR MOST JOB FUNCTIONS - BUT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS**PAY/HOURS:- *20 hours a week to start, eventually 40 hours a week, after I see that we work well together*- Hourly pay + possible bonuses- Potential for higher pay + management as we hire more VAsWE OFFER:- Stable employment; we are a growing company that has been around since ****, and will be here for many years to come- Flexibility - If you need time off / vacations / need to spend the day with your family, I will work with you of course.We take vacations in the USA tooHaha- You can work from homeYOU WILL NEED:- A fast windows based computer, with a headset or microphone & speakers - Fast / high speed Internet- Microsoft office, or a compatible free editor program (e.g. Open Office)- To be loyal & dedicated; **not** working for another company at the same time- To be a people person - aka good at dealing with others- A positive attitude- To be available 8am to 5pm, M-F, CST / central time / 40 hours per week- ** BUT this will be less than that per day, only 4 hours, to start**SKILLS REQUIRED:- Speak clear American English --- this is the most important thing of all- Sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required.To confirm - we do not cold call people.And never will.However we do place followup calls to warm leads - Have a very positive attitude, and sound friendly over the phone- Can write good English- You will need to work in the 8am to 5pm, range, CST (the same time zone as in Chicago or Houston)- ** BUT this will be less than that per day, only 4 hours, to start**:- Be trustworthy / and able to learn fast- Be loyal - we are NOT looking for someone who has another job, or works as a VA for someone else- Experience with computer software (Microsoft Office in particular)- You must be able to type fast- You must be punctual (on-time)- You must be a self starter, and be able to manage your own time/tasks- You will work remotely - 100%.This is a "work at home", or "remote job".So you must be willing to work in a place that is a non-office environment.OPTIONAL SKILLS (A BONUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED):- If you could speak and write Spanish, that would be a bonus- Real estate experience is a plusTO APPLY FOR THIS JOB (READ):- Create a video *OR* audio recording of yourself that is(a) at least 1 minute long, and(b) you need to tell us why you will be good for the job.Upload it to Youtube or another service, and send the link to the video to us to view.THIS IS IMPORANT --- YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE JOB UNLESS YOU DO THISNote any video / audio recording will be confidential.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempoHoras de medio tiempo: 20 por semanaHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Trabajar desde casa
