You will manage payroll and salaries, administration of ADP, oversee the recruiting process, handle incoming paperwork, and administration of new and already hired employees of the different companies we provide service for.

Activities
  • Obtain the necessary information to prepare payroll reports of the different companies.
  • Preparing and processing multiple payrolls.
  • Assist in data entry of new hires.
  • Process all terminated employees and calculate manual checks.
  • Research employee payroll inquiries or answer questions through the ticketing system.
  • Assist with annual merits, increases, special, and retroactive calculations.
  • Assist with other special projects as required.
  • Assist in the review of bi-weekly and special payroll.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business, administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Desired experience with payroll.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent people skills to work with clients.
  • Time management skills, detail-oriented, with the will to go the extra mile.
  • Reside in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey.
