Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the Mexico hospitality market. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cold calling and lead generation, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry in the Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the Mexico hospitality market.
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in telesales, preferably in the hospitality industry OR Mexico Calling Projects.
- A minimum of a graduation degree; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Mexico hospitality market is highly desirable.
