Summary
We're looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager to drive TECLA's sales and marketing efforts in unison. This role blends branding, demand generation, lead qualification, and direct sales into one high-impact position. You'll work closely with our leadership team to build TECLA's brand, qualify leads, close new accounts, and expand our client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing-savvy sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee branding initiatives to enhance TECLA's positioning in the nearshore staffing market.
- Manage relationships with podcasts, newsletters, and influencers to increase brand awareness.
- Evaluate event opportunities and sponsorships to maximize TECLA's exposure.
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and networking gatherings to represent TECLA and generate leads.
- Manage, create, and post content on social media (primarily LinkedIn).
- Manage TECLA's CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and deals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong fit with our services.
- Conduct sales calls, develop estimates/proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Prospect and generate leads through digital outreach, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Travel to the U.S. for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- A valid U.S. visa is required for this role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve client experience.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a marketing, sales, or growth-related role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or staffing/consulting industries.
- Sales & Marketing Blend: Strong understanding of brand positioning, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- CRM Expertise: Experience managing HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Networking & Outreach: Ability to establish relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients.
- Travel: Must have a valid U.S. visa and be willing to travel to the U.S. for business.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
