Summary

We're looking for a Growth & Revenue Manager to drive TECLA's sales and marketing efforts in unison. This role blends branding, demand generation, lead qualification, and direct sales into one high-impact position. You'll work closely with our leadership team to build TECLA's brand, qualify leads, close new accounts, and expand our client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing-savvy sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Brand Growth
  2. Oversee branding initiatives to enhance TECLA's positioning in the nearshore staffing market.
  3. Manage relationships with podcasts, newsletters, and influencers to increase brand awareness.
  4. Evaluate event opportunities and sponsorships to maximize TECLA's exposure.
  5. Attend industry events, tradeshows, and networking gatherings to represent TECLA and generate leads.
  6. Manage, create, and post content on social media (primarily LinkedIn).
  7. Manage TECLA's CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and deals.
  8. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong fit with our services.
  9. Conduct sales calls, develop estimates/proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  10. Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
  11. Prospect and generate leads through digital outreach, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
  12. Travel to the U.S. for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  13. A valid U.S. visa is required for this role.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve client experience.
  15. Track and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: 3+ years in a marketing, sales, or growth-related role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or staffing/consulting industries.
  2. Sales & Marketing Blend: Strong understanding of brand positioning, lead generation, and closing deals.
  3. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. CRM Expertise: Experience managing HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  5. Networking & Outreach: Ability to establish relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients.
  6. Travel: Must have a valid U.S. visa and be willing to travel to the U.S. for business.
  7. Self-Starter: Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
