Responsabilidades del puesto

Supervisar y gestionar todos los aspectos del mantenimiento eléctrico, incluido el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

Desarrollar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas del sector y las mejores prácticas

Proporcionar liderazgo y dirección a un equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento y electricistas

Coordinarse con otros departamentos para garantizar unas operaciones fluidas y un tiempo de inactividad mínimo

Solucionar y resolver los problemas eléctricos de manera oportuna y eficiente

Desarrollar y mantener un programa de mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar la longevidad de los sistemas y equipos eléctricos

**Job Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field**:
**10+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting**:
**Proven track record of supervising and leading a team of maintenance professionals**:
**Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices for electrical maintenance**:
**Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills**:
**Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**:
**Strong communication and leadership skills**:

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica o campo relacionado

Más de 10 años de experiência en mantenimiento eléctrico, preferiblemente en un entorno industrial o de fabricación

Historial probado de supervisión y dirección de un equipo de profesionales de mantenimiento

Gran conocimiento de las normativas del sector y de las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento eléctrico

Excelentes aptitudes para la resolución de problemas y la solución de problemas
