**Oversee the implementation and execution of mechanical engineering and maintenance strategies, policies, and programs**:
**Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical maintenance team**:
**Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards**:
**Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment**:
**Collaborate with other departments to identify and address mechanical maintenance needs**:
**Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement**:
**Develop and implement training programs for the mechanical maintenance team**:
**Participate in the selection and procurement of equipment and spare parts**:
**Provide technical support and expertise to the maintenance team**:
**Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to improve mechanical maintenance processes**:
**Job Requeriments**:
**Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field**:
**Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and engineering**:
**Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment**:
**Proven leadership and supervisory skills**:
**Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities**:
**Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards**:
**Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders**:

Descripción del puesto

**Responsabilidades**:
Supervisar la aplicación y ejecución de las estrategias, políticas y programas de ingeniería mecánica y mantenimiento

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de mantenimiento mecánico

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los reglamentos de seguridad y las normas del sector

Planificar y programar las actividades de mantenimiento para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de los equipos

Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar y abordar las necesidades de mantenimiento mecánico

Supervisar y analizar los KPI de mantenimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora

Desarrollar e implementar programas de formación para el equipo de mantenimiento mecánico

Participe en la selección y adquisición de equipos y piezas de repuesto

Proporcionar apoyo técnico y experiência al equipo de mantenimiento

Identificar e implementar nuevas tecnologías y mejores prácticas para mejorar los procesos de mantenimiento mecánico

Requisitos del puesto

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica o un campo relacionado

Mínimo de 10 años de experiência en mantenimiento mecánico e ingeniería

Sólidos conocimientos de sistemas y equipos mecánicos

Capacidad de liderazgo y supervisión demostradas

Excelente capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones

Familiaridad con los reglamentos de seguridad y las normas del sector

Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con los miembros del equipo, la dirección y las partes interesadas externas

Dominio del español y del inglés
