Position: Electronics and Instrumentation Maintenance Superintendent
Location: Topolobampo, Sinaloa, Mexico
**Job Type**: Full Time
**As Electronics and Instrumentation Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance of electronic and instrumentation systems at our facilities. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electronic and instrumentation equipment, as well as the continuous improvement of the maintenance process.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with company standards and regulations
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor the performance of electronic and instrumentation systems and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with other departments to support the integration of new technologies and systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the maintenance department budget
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
- Act as a liaison with external vendors, contractors, and service providers

Ubicación: Topolobampo, Sinaloa, México

Como Superintendente de Mantenimiento de Electrónica e Instrumentación, serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el mantenimiento de los sistemas electrónicos y de instrumentación en nuestras instalaciones. Su principal objetivo será garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficiente de todos los equipos electrónicos y de instrumentación, así como la mejora continua del proceso de mantenimiento.
Responsabilidades clave:
Proporcionar liderazgo y dirección a un equipo de técnicos e ingenieros de mantenimiento.
Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias de mantenimiento para maximizar el tiempo de actividad y la fiabilidad de los equipos
Realizar inspecciones y auditorías periódicas para identificar las necesidades de mantenimiento y las oportunidades de mejora
Planificar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de acuerdo con las normas y reglamentos de la empresa
Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para supervisar el rendimiento de los sistemas electrónicos y de instrumentación e identificar áreas de optimización
Colabore con otros departamentos para apoyar la integración de nuevas tecnologías y sistemas
Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de seguridad, medioambientales y normativos
Participe en el desarrollo y seguimiento del presupuesto del departamento de mantenimiento
Proporcionar conocimientos técnicos y apoyo para la solución de problemas y actividades de resolución de problemas
Actuar como enlace con vendedores externos, contratistas y proveedores de servicios.
