Responsable de desarrollar las ventas a través de una estratégia retail y sell-out de acuerdo con los objetivos de empresa, por retail y marca.
Desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas: Beauty Advisors.
El rol requiere liderazgo, conocimiento del negocio y del punto de venta, visión estratégica, capacidad analítica, habilidades interpersonales para relaciones interpersonales dentro y fuera de la compañía.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Tener disponibilidad de viajar 3 semanas al mes visitando las diferentes puertas Cumplir los objetivos sell-out por retail, marca y tienda basados en el análisis de datos de ventas y el potencial de cada tienda de acuerdo con las actividades de marketing y trade marketing y crecimientos de perfumerías.
Definición y desarrollo de KPI´s de Beauty Advisors.
Validación de incentivos de la fuerza de ventas.
Definición y asignación de BA´s y otros perfiles por tienda de acuerdo con el potencial de cada puerta y presupuesto.
Dar seguimiento a las actividades de ventas para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y tomar las acciones adecuadas y ágiles para impulsar las ventas y maximizar el potencial.
Identificación de riesgos.
Brindar retroalimentación regular del mercado con respecto a la competencia, la posición de las marcas, los desafíos y las oportunidades de crecimiento.
Mantenerse actualizado con las condiciones del mercado y las tendencias en el punto de venta.
Asistir reuniones mensuales con los equipos de retail, comercial, marketing, trade marketing, formación y Beauty Advisors de manera mensual por retail.
Coordina reuniones quincenales con los equipos de Sell In y Retail.
El trabajo es 90% campo y 10% administrativo.
**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO**: Experiência en roles similares idealmente dentro del sector de lujo.
Manejo de Equipos +50 personas.
Paquete Office.
Excel Avanzado Licencia de manejo vigente y saber conducir en carretera.
Residencia en Querétaro o Puebla.
