La función principal de un City Key Account Farmer es desarrollar y mantener un portafolio de cuentas clave para tener un desempeño destacado dentro nuestra plataforma.
Un City Key Account Farmer debe buscar una colaboración ganar - ganar para todas las partes involucradas y así lograr un crecimiento rentable tanto para la empresa como para las cuentas.
Parte del rol involucra tener un buen entendimiento del negocio y brindar una excelente atención al cliente para lograr el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales exitosas a largo plazo.
**Tus Responsabilidades**:

- Tener una comprensión profunda de las dinámicas y comportamientos de los restaurantes aliados, construyendo y fomentando una relación a largo plazo y con una mentalidad gana-gana.
- Diseñar, planear y aplicar las estrategias comerciales para aumentar la participación de los restaurantes actuales y la fidelización de los mismos, con el fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Liderar revisiones semanales y reuniones estratégicas mensuales con los Top Tier restaurantes en su región para desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas de confianza con los restaurantes y lograr la consecución del crecimiento orgánico y los objetivos de la empresa a largo plazo.
- 3 o más años de experiência en gestión de cuentas clave y venta consultiva.
- Excelente facilidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
- Habilidades interpersonales: debe tener la capacidad de mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas, asertivas, colaborativas y cooperativas con clientes internos y externos y organizaciones multifuncionales.
- Buena actitud para aprender rápido, adaptarse a las condiciones del mercado y no darse por vencido sin importar las dificultades.
- Dominar las tendencias del mercado, conocer su impacto en las personas y organizaciones a fin de ser un excelente asesor comercial.
- Capacidad para entender la visión, estrategia, estructura y KPIs, y traducirlos en planes comerciales.
- Experiência en alcanzar y sobrepasar nuevas cuotas de venta.
- Experiência trabajando con un CRM de empresa.
- Habilidades analíticas, ser capaz de diagnosticar y llevar a cabo un plan de acción.
