**Head of Retail and Customer Service**
El Líder de Retail y Customer Service será responsable de supervisar y gestionar el equipo de atención al cliente de Excent Capital, asegurando que se proporcione asistencia rápida y efectiva a los clientes a través del chat en línea. Esta persona jugará un papel clave en garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, la resolución de problemas y el cumplimiento de las normativas de la empresa. Deberá colaborar con diferentes equipos internos y contribuir a la mejora continua de la experiência del cliente, con un enfoque en América Latina y el Sudeste Asiático.
**Educación**:
Administración de empresas, humanidades o afines.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar asistencia rápida y efectiva a los clientes a través del chat en línea.
- Resolver consultas y problemas relacionados con productos y servicios de Excent Capital.
- Asistir a los clientes en el proceso de registro de cuentas, incluyendo la verificación de documentos necesarios.
- Guiar a los nuevos clientes durante el proceso de apertura de cuentas, asegurándose de que comprendan los requisitos y procedimientos.
- Revisar y verificar la documentación enviada por los clientes para cumplir con los requisitos de conformidad.
- Mantener registros precisos y organizados de la documentación de los clientes.
- Asistir a los clientes con depósitos, retiros y cualquier transacción financiera.
- Resolver problemas financieros de manera eficiente y precisa.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y profesional con los clientes en inglés y español.
- Proporcionar información detallada y precisa sobre los productos y servicios de Excent Capital.
- Adaptarse a las necesidades de comunicación de los clientes de diferentes regiones, con un enfoque especial en América Latina y el Sudeste Asiático.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la experiência del cliente y aumentar la retención.
- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo de negocios para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en mercados clave.
- Participar en programas de capacitación continua para mejorar las habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos, servicios y normativas internas de Excent Capital.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector financiero o de trading.
- Habilidad para gestionar y liderar equipos.
- Excelente comunicación en inglés y español.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de verificación de documentos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y bajo presión.
- Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Actitud proactiva para la mejora continua y enfoque en la experiência del cliente.
**Zona de trabajo**: Avenida Santa Fe, Ciudad de México - Cerca del Parque la Mexicana.
**Horario Laboral**:Lunes a Viernes, 9:00 AM hasta 6:00 PM
