Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless operations within your domain. Your responsibilities encompass a multifaceted approach, including, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance Management, Product Knowledge, Contractual Understanding, End-to-End Process Management, Continuous Communication, Conflict Resolution, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and polite phone manners.
- Proactive and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM or Contact Center Phone systems is advantageous.
- Strong active listening ability and proficiency in using MS Office and G Suite.
**Responsibilities**:
- Offer accurate details about our solar products, services, and installation process.
- Help customers troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and sustainability.
- Coordination of tasks of the customer service team.
- Personnel management and training of the Customer Service team.
- Communication with sales agencies.
- Escalation of customer experience issues.
- Monitoring the flow of projects.
