Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assume responsibility for managing Sales and Marketing, Platforms operations and processes, to facilitate efficient lead generation and communication.
- Support the marketing team in staying focused on lead acquisition and conversion through effective coordination and organization.
- Act as the Cold Lead Coordinator, managing outreach efforts and nurturing leads to facilitate conversion.
- Strengthen communication channels between the team, vendors, clients, leads, and the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
- Take ownership of managing all normal social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive audience growth, increase engagement, and promote Our Team products and services effectively.
- Create compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback from followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing to continually enhance Our Team's social media presence and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
- Mastery of English Verbal and Writing Skills. (MUST)
- Experience in the Marketing field. (MUST)
- Detail-oriented, Creative and Organized.
- Passion and enthusiasm for Marketing and driving business growth through effective strategies.
- Excellent Communicator.
- Tech-savy.
