Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

**Location**: Hermosillo, Mexico (Remote Flexibility Available)

**Job Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing**
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media materials, to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- **Marketing Automation**: Use AI and automation tools like ChatGPT to enhance marketing efficiency.
- **Campaign Analytics**: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results and ROI.

**Business Development**
- **Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities, focusing on US-based e-commerce and D2C brands.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in managing the sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- **Client Relationships**: Help nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for growth.
- **Strategic Initiatives**: Work closely with the CEO to support key business development and growth initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in digital marketing or business development, ideally within the BPO or call center industry.
- **Content Creation**: Strong writing skills for creating marketing materials.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, ChatGPT, and Google Analytics.
- **Sales Acumen**: Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- **Language**: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for interacting with US-based clients.
- **Creative & Analytical**: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
