**Responsibilities**:
- Work with internal content partners to ensure content is serving business objectives and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create content and provide oversight of the content calendar for those topics and editing of content.
- Work alongside leadership to identify relevant paid/owned/earned content amplification opportunities and manage content distribution
- Ensure compliance with business, legal and compliance review of content and imagery
- Provide recommendations with agency partners to ensure that content is engaging, accurate and optimized for search
- Review and continuously monitor analytics and optimize content to ensure that traffic/engagement goals and program KPIs are being met
- Support specific partnership pilot programs and work with internal stakeholders to optimize content and distribution
- Collaborate to build a media plan with agency partners to strategically distribute content to target audiences
- Manage consumer strategy and pilots, as assigned, working to partner and share learnings with global teams
- Identify paid channels including social media and syndication partners that effectively align with content topics
- Understand and support quarterly paid media budget and manage marketing programs to determine best marketing channels for content
- Build targeted audience profiles and segments, as assigned, that strategically align with Citi produced content
- Manage retargeting strategy to reach existing Citi customers
- Demonstrate return on investment of content and provide leadership with data that supports need for ongoing content investment
- Partner with vendors to produce content that aligns with Citi goals and deliver content to targeted audience
- Work cross-functionally to develop partnership agreements in accordance with requirements of internal stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, content editing or related field
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Como Content Design Señor desempeñaras un rol estratégico responsable de resolver problemas complejos de comunicación digital para construir y mejorar la estrategia de homologación de voz y tono en los canales digitales de Citibanamex. Debes aplicar lineamientos y mejores prácticas de Diseño Conversacional dentro de proyectos con equipos multidisciplinarios en conjunto con las áreas de Tecnología y Negocios; así como implementar metodologías de diseño de contenido para definir, probar y medir los flujos conversacionales para entregar valor a través de una comunicación humana, simple y consistente.
**Responsabilidades**:
- ** Realizar investigaciones de UX **Writing** y Content **Design** para la toma de decisiones.**:
- Diseña experiências digitales a través de la estrategia de contenidos.
- Cree arquitecturas de información eficientes con taxonomías jerárquicas factibles.
- Descomponga las ideas de los clientes e itere sobre el contenido y el diseño general para producir productos innovadores.
- Cree contenido claro y consistente para canales digitales, incluyendo páginas web, notificaciones, aterrizajes, correos electrónicos, aplicaciones, CTA, materiales de capacitación, todos ellos con un enfoque 100% en el usuario.
- Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con los diseñadores, los gerentes de productos, el equipo legal, de cumplimiento y de tecnología para que el contenido sea consistente durante todo el proceso y hasta el lanzamiento del producto o servicio.
- Demostrar una sólida comprensión de la interacción digital con el cliente.
- Analizar el comportamiento de interacción del cliente, el mercado y la competencia para mejorar la comunicación digital del banco.
- Ser la voz de la marca a través de múltiples canales de manera consistente, impactante y concisa.
- Participe en la investigación de usuarios y audiencias como parte del proceso de diseño centrado en el usuario.
- Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de adquisición, el rendimiento financiero del producto, el rendimiento de los ingresos y los objetivos de gestión de gastos, así como supervisar la identificación y ejecución de los planes comerciales de oportunidades y brechas.
- Desarrolle y comunique un plan de negocios para acercarse al mercado, y coordine e implemente procedimientos de equipo, resolución de problemas de clientes y gestión de clientes.
