We are looking for a positive, proactive technical leader to work closely with lab engineers, vendors and customers to support IT infrastructure and client environments. This is a leadership position that requires a strong network and Linux skillsets.
- The person selected will be working closely with engineering, IT partners and vendors.
- Ensures the efficient planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, maintenance, and/or operations of the hardware and software infrastructure required to build, validate, and release a wide variety of hardware and software products and projects.
- Works closely with development and quality teams to derive infrastructure design requirements, build, test, and automate tools appropriate to the project, and/or implement and maintain of those systems within the constraints imposed by Intel enterprise infrastructure (IT) and other governing bodies.
- The person owns the end-to-end will work with customers worldwide delivery pipeline, including source code management, versioning/tagging strategy, component build and packaging, test automation tooling, release staging, acceptance and/or indicators, required security and IP scans, any third-party conformance tools, artifact storage and distribution, and disaster recovery planning.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications,**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position**:

- CCNA with strong network architecting, supporting, and troubleshooting layer 2 and 3 knowledge required.
- In Linux administration, support, and troubleshooting skillsets.
- In scripting skillset to automate switch configurations, system configurations using Ansible or other scripting languages (Shell and Python).
- Advanced English Level is required to drive and support solutions worldwide.

Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.

**Preferred Qualifications,**
- Supporting engineering lab environments.
- Automation using Ansible, Puppet, Chef etc.
- Proficiency in Virtualization with focus on containers.
- Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions like Nagios or Zabbix.
- Elasticsearch (Metrics database) and Kibana / Grafana (Visualization for monitoring).
- Prometheus and SNMP exporter configuration.
- NetFlow for network monitoring.
- Knowledge in security and vulnerability remediation (CVE).
- Automation skillsets (PowerShell, YAML).
- Server configuration and administration experience.
- Working in an Agile Environment.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
