Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure problems, ensuring smooth operations of all systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Build and automate cluster deployments using Kubernetes/SLURM ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide necessary support.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reliability of infrastructure.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications,**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or similar STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles, working with:

- debugging issues in configuration of CPU and GPU based environments.
- troubleshooting infrastructure issues in a production environment with K8.
- hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible.
- scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
- building and automating cluster deployments using K8.
- Advanced English level.
- The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.

**Preferred qualifications,**
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Workload Managers like SLURM or similar tools.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and container environments.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
