**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Software QA Specialist, **you’ll be responsible for:

- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing using tools such as Selenium and JMeter to identify defects and ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Quickly gain an understand of business and domain specific requirements to craft test cases that ensure full test coverage.
- Perform manual testing when necessary and leverage automation tools to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking systems such as Jira.
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to improve product quality and user experience.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Proficiency in writing detailed test procedures, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Selenium and JMeter
