As Specialist, you are responsible for delivering a service to all the customers of the BSO. This means to meet the customers’ expectations and provide them with a professional service, incorporating the LEGO values.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Driving regional project transitions, new market adoptions, operational excellence & eye for global standardization
- Ability to define and create hire-to-retire process descriptions / work instructions etc.
- Proactively seeking improvements and solutions based on new insights
- Creating and Maintaining knowledge databases to ensure consistent processes and answers to maintain service excellence at all times
- Ability to establish & maintain excellent partner relations
- Mentor members in the team.
- 5 years of relevant experience working with Hire to Retire
- HR Transformation/M&A experience is preferred
- Degree holders in relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Min. 5 years of regional Hire to Retire working experience; with strong understanding of Hire to Retire processes, AMS HR policies and legislation.
- Knowledge in time & attendance Is key to perform this role.
- Teammate with high interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven track record of strong regional partner management with good eye for business.
- Ability to present confidently to a large crowd up to senior management of the organization.
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong interest and experience in Digital HR; Power BI, Power Automate
- Certified Project Management is preferred

The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

- Min. 5 years of relevant Hire to Retire working experience
- HR Transformation/M&A experience is preferred
