**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de HR y tiene como propósito apoyar los procesos de recursos humanos relacionados directamente con North & Northeast TM&D.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Crear informes de compensación variable.
- Aprobar/rechazar solicitudes de préstamo.
- Crear y diseñar material de comunicación interna.
- Apoye los procesos de unión, movimiento y abandono.
- Dar seguimiento al progreso de la capacitación de los empleados.
- Apoyo y seguimiento de la Agenda de Personas.
- Control y auditoría de expedientes físicos/digitales.
- Análisis de datos y KPIs.

- Graduación proyectada a partir de junio 2024.
- Estudiante de RRHH, Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Psicología o afines
- No planear salir de intercambio en 1 año
- Nível de inglés Avanzado
- Nível de Excel Intermedio
- Experiência con programas de diseño (Power Point, Canva)
- Deberá tener la posibilidad de estar en la posición por un año
