**HR Operations Intern**
The intern will contribute to various projects and tasks related to HR gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. They will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**What you will be doing**:
Assist your manager and co-workers with ongoing projects.
-Provide support in organizing and maintaining new hire files, documents, and records.
-Provide hands-on support of operational activities across processes, reporting, and data.
-Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and suggestions for HR operations process improvements.
Oversee regulatory compliance related to employee file audits.
**What you will likely bring**:
Good written and oral English communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
-Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
-Must be a well-organized team player with a can-do attitude.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-Excellent research and analytical skills.
-Must possess a strong customer service mindset.
-Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
**What could set you apart**:
- Currently pursuing a college degree.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
