We are hiring an
**Order Fulfillment Intern **who will be supporting with dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.

**What you will be doing**:

- This person will support the business consultants between Steelcase North America, Dealers and Field Sales dedicatedly mentoring and handling dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.
- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
- Aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understands the health and well-being of the dealership through performance measures and plays the role of the dealer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement.

**Who you are**

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Advanced written and oral English (100%)
- Currently studying a bachelor's degree on International Business, Commerce or related.
- Full time availability (7am
- 4pm)
- To graduate at least on June 2024 or later.
