**Your mission**:
As the Product Manager for our CRM/Marketing team, you will be responsible for devising the effective tools for our photographers to communicate with, nurture and engage with their customer base.

As this will be a new team for us, you’ll have the opportunity to build out the CRM/Marketing practice, whilst collaborating with the wider cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the meantime.

**Your role**:
Within the CRM Marketing team, you will be responsible for the following;
- Being in touch with our customers to identify, understand and validate how they would like to engage with their clients to strengthen their relationships and maximize revenue.
- Advocating for initiatives and approaches with top management
- Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap for your assigned topics
- Defining and executing rollout plans
- Defining and performing user acceptance testing of features
- Liaising with stakeholders across our company

As per of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for the following;
- **
Defining new processes** with the other product managers
- Ensuring alignment on topics across multiple development teams
- Ensuring great relationships with our customers and focus group members for direct market feedback
- Traveling to industry events to contribute to market knowledge

You’ll be support by some our wonderful Product Leader - Nicole Kovach, Alexandra Denisova and Nils Hoffmann.

**Skills we are looking for**:

- You’ve had previous experience as a **Product Manager in 2+ SaaS **companies or companies selling a software product
- You love **data** and can analyze, interpret and decide based on data confidently
- You have a strong sense of **ownership** over the product you are working on
- You have incredible problem solving skills that allow you to dive into a topic quickly and identify the root cause that needs to be solved
- You have a strong affinity to align you decisions with your **stakeholders,** the company strategy and set product strategy items.
- You are great in stakeholder management, bringing together the right people to ensure alignment and effective decision making
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
