**Diabetes Brand Coordinator**

**Role main responsibilities**:
**This role will play a critical role in our launch success**:

- **Execution of Brand Strategy Through Sales Channel**:Lead the development and execution of prioritized field resources and tactics aligned to meet customer needs. Partner with agency and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate the review and approval through the Agile approval process. Efficiently and effectively create and repurpose tactics, as appropriate.
- ** Disease State Education Campaign Execution**: Coordinate development and execution of the educational campaign to close the clinical care gap in Diabetes.
- ** Off to a Good Start Experience**: Provide clear direction and set appropriate expectations with the cross-functional team that all the key activities are completed on time to ensure an unparallel customer experience.
- ** Monitor and Optimize Performance**: In partnership with Omnichannel teams and sales leaders, determine the key performance indicators and measurement plan for owned marketing tactics. Track effectiveness and adjust course as needed.
- ** Build and sustain relationships with Top HCPs of T2D in MX.**
