Talent Development and Learning Sr.manager Americas

**Objective**
Talent Development and Learning Sr. Manager Americas develops and implements learning strategies, designs e-learning courses, and manages budgets for our Nemak Americas region. They assess development needs, training, and evaluate effectiveness.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs tied to Business objectives.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs for both Operations and Functional teams.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Americas Team
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field is desired
- Experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
- Experience in HR related fields such as HRBP, Learning & Development.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong presentation skills, Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods, Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives, Ability to design and implement effective training and development, Strong project management, and budgeting skills are required., Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods are essential, Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
- English advance required.
