An Account Executive identifies and develops new business opportunities, focus on supplier payments deals that will help to achieve both naa acquisition target and charge volume expected performance. He /she is responsible to attract more and better clients profitable for American Express.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to attract more profitable clients.
- Responsible to increase and implement new business opportunities.
- Accomplish and exceed KPIs
- Keep customer data bases up to date in Salesforce (demographics and pipeline of opportunities)
- Deliver successful supplier payments deals to achieve charge volume target
- Be able to identify opportunities to ensure incremental volume within the portfolio, based on a proper mapping of clients’ needs
- Stay updated about new products, services and processes to offer the most recent information to our customers
- Analyze and understand the market to identify niche opportunities
- Establish and implement loyalty strategies to retain, expand and make a more profitable portfolio
- Develop true relationships through an open communication and active listening
- Develop and share best practices within the team
- Fulfill in a timely manner all requested training and activities
- Develop business through a process of B2B, Distribution and Verticals.
- Responsible for the relationship with support areas to ensure the quality of service to our customers.
- Ensure that all negotations and daily work comply with all internal processes.

**Functional Knowledge**
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge on interpretation of Financial statements
- Sales Force
- Office suite (outlook, intermediate/advanced excel, power point)
- RISE - nice to have
- Understanding of market and industry

**Business Expectations**
- Ability to identify filter and manage pipeline prospects
- Strong ability to develop Supplier Payments, Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Knowledge or specialization on specific industries
- Achievement 100% KPI’s
- Support to direct leader
- Self Managed

**Minimum qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years experience on corporate sales solutions in CAT area
- Experience in B2B negotiations
- Experience developing accounts and managing relationships
- Face to face sales experience is a most
- Experience working with CEO,CFO, COO, C-suite.
- Drive the end to end process of a negotiation
- Experience on multinational/international corporations - nice to have
- People management (direct/indirect) - nice to have
