**Objetivo del puesto**: Determinar estrategias que puedan usarse como palanca para aumentar los ingresos y mejorar las ganancias de la organización con responsabilidad por el desarrollo y la implementación.

**Responsabilidades**:
Crear y actualizar lineamientos omnicanal.

Análisis de los principales términos comerciales (p. ej., el impacto profundo de los términos en las ventas, el impacto de la arquitectura de pago por rendimiento).

Analizar el volumen del producto, el margen y los precios competitivos para dar recomendaciones de gastos comerciales.

Establecer herramientas y procesos para la optimización en el mercado, incluida la cascada de KPI (para RGM frente a equipos locales)

Realizar análisis financieros complejos, así como determinar los análisis básicos necesarios para respaldar las decisiones de fijación de precios.

Coordinar y orientar de forma transversal a los equipos de Ventas, Marketing y Finanzas para adecuar las estrategias y acciones, asegurando el alineamiento con las estrategias y objetivos de la categoría y marca.
**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Finanzas, Negocios, Economía o carrera afín relacionada con el análisis.
Experiência previa de 5 a 7 años en marketing, gestión de cuentas clave, gestión de categorías, control de productos o finanzas en bienes de consumo de alta rotación en almacén (FMCG) *indispensable.
Tener al menos 3 años de experiência en administración de ingresos.
Habilidades de comunicación: habilidades avanzadas escritas y oral, capaz de interactuar y persuadir a colegas de alto nível.
Habilidades informáticas: muy competente en el uso de herramientas de análisis financiero y Excel.
