**Responsibilities**

**Manufacturing Reporting and Analytics Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
- This role will support the LATAM Environmental, Manufacturing function with Reporting and Metrics in support of the Field organization.
- The nature of the work is to monitor, complete and deliver accurate reports related to Manufactring metrics. The role will also include responsibility to help improve the capability, efficiency and reliability of the key reports, tools and dashboards
- Support future digitization and modernization of processes and apps for Make Operations.

- _
Execute daily update on database and dashboards required by the operations at the specific time frames required._
- _ Complete daily/weekly scheduled tasks on time, resolve any discrepancies, share and escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary._
- _ Monitor successful data updates and availability and work with other users for support._
- _ Help improve the reliability of the key reports and tools_
- _ Partner strategically to support the digitization and modernization of Manufacturing reporting systems_

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _ 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in business systems, information technology, engineering or similar field required_
- _ 1+ years of Power BI_
- _ 1+ years of programming experience (VBA, Python, etc.)_
- _ Intermediate SQL skills (a plus)_
- _ Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, conditional formatting)_
- _ Intermediate English_
- _ Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with external data vendors_
- _ Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively_
