**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity as Reporting Analyst in México City**

Are you someone with a curious mindset and a passion for data? Do you enjoy solving problems and improving processes through innovative tools like Power BI? We are looking for a Commercial Reporting Analyst to help support our LATAM business teams by building, executing, and improving commercial reports using BI tools. This is a role that focuses more on project execution and technical development, with less emphasis on stakeholder management.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both business and technology teams to troubleshoot data or performance issues, while helping to streamline reporting processes and improve performance. Your contributions will directly impact the way our teams analyze and use commercial data.

**Your Impact**:
As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing requests or issues and providing solutions either by optimizing existing reporting tools or developing new features.
- Leveraging best practices to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
- Establishing and managing processes to identify, track, and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new reports and services by training end users.
- Participating in activities to fine-tune performance and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Attending meetings to gather functional business requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Documenting Business Intelligence functional specifications and assessing project needs.
- Ensuring all reports are executed according to agreed SLAs.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Job Requirements**:

- ** Work Schedule**: 4 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Saturday, to provide service to Latin America.
- ** Location**: Remote position with the flexibility to work from home. Occasional in-office attendance in Mexico City required once a month.

**Education**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics-related field.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Good understanding of business analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English
- Solid experience with** Power BI**, including creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with data governance models and customer/material hierarchies.
