Strategic Public Market Development Manager

Este rol es responsable de desarrollar, estructurar e implementar estrategias efectivas para establecer alianzas estratégicas en el mercado público, identificar y satisfacer necesidades a nível institucional y de unidad de atención, ampliar el acceso y atender a un mayor número de pacientes
Áreas de Responsabilidad
1. Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con los tomadores de decisión de actores clave institucionales e influenciadores (proveedores/hospitales, pagadores, responsables de políticas) para comprender las prioridades, intereses, necesidades, desafíos, y el proceso de toma de decisiones con el fin de liderar el diseño e implementación de estrategias robustas y un avance adecuado de los proyectos, así como promover su evolución.
2. Definir y liderar las estrategias de trabajo colaborativo necesario para el desarrollo de propuestas de valor integrales que cubran las necesidades específicas de las instituciones y contribuyan a mejorar las condiciones de acceso para los pacientes
a. Sometimientos, Codificación de Productos & Procedimientos
b. Iniciativas para impulsar asignación de presupuesto
c. Modelos Innovadores con elementos de VBHC
d. Iniciativas de impacto en el panorama de política pública en conjunto con GA&P
e. Generación & Diseminación de evidencia clínica & económica en conjunto con MAF & HEMA
3. Estructurar y ejecutar estrategias para asegurar cobertura de productos y procedimientos (inclusiones), así como la atención oportuna, de acuerdo con prioridades del negocio
4. Integrar el análisis y entendimiento de cambios en el marco regulatorio que impacten modelos de compras y procesos de acceso de instituciones estatales y federales
5. Identificar y anticipar cambios en los procesos de tomas de decisión, necesidades y mercado que generen oportunidad o reto para las prioridades de negocio en el mercado público.
6. Generación y gestión de conocimiento e información (insights) en campo para toma de decisiones, y diseño e implementación de estrategias.
7. Establecer métricas y supervisar el desempeño estratégico de las iniciativas y contratos clave
8. Desarrollar herramientas para la planeación y ejecución de las diferentes iniciativas, así como para evaluar iniciativas, su impacto y definir etapas de implementación que permitan monitorear resultados
**Qualifications**:
- Licenciatura / Ingeniería o carrera afín en administración de empresas, economía, ciencias de la salud o campos relacionados
- MBA (Master en Administración de Empresas) o equivalente serán valoradas positivamente
- Inglés & Español
- Éxito demostrado en la obtención de resultados de ventas y/o consecución de KPIs
- Participación en proyectos y capacidad de liderarlos
- Conocimiento general del sector público de salud en México
- Experiência en relacionamiento con instituciones de salud y tomadores de decisión
- Experiência en campo con instituciones de salud y tomadores de decisión

- Manejo de productos de alta especialidad con Instituciones gubernamentales: OPD’S, ISSSTE, IMSS
- Capacidad para comprender publicaciones científicas
- Manejo avanzado de paquetería Office
