**Mission.**
Detectar y dar seguimiento para poder cubrir las necesidades y requerimiento de los clientes, buscar cobertura “one to one”, enfoque de venta precio fijo, planes de servicio y productos nuevos para alcanzar los objetivos anuales buscando la satisfacción del cliente.

**Responsabilidades.**
- Prospectar nuevas cuentas, clientes activos y recuperar clientes para incrementar “one to one” para alcanzar el target fijado por el Gerente de Marketing y Ventas.
- Manejar la venta del portafolio de productos CTS con venta de reparaciones, “overhaul” y con enfoque precio fijo, planes de servicio y productos nuevos.
- Mantenerse actualizado en la operación de los equipos.
- Mantener un contacto eficiente con los clientes para ver sus necesidades y promover el servicio.
- Elaborar y revisar cotizaciones indicando correctamente el tipo de servicio que corresponda y darles el seguimiento efectivo hasta la obtención del pedido.
- Recepción de pedidos acorde a condiciones de venta, envío de los pedidos de clientes y documentación completa y correcta requerida a administración para la apertura de la orden de servicio.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los pedidos de los clientes y su satisfacción.
- En caso de aplicar garantías dar seguimiento interno y externo con la documentación completa y correcta.
- Analizar y atender oportunamente las no conformidades derivadas de quejas de clientes o la evaluación del cliente NPS.
- Cumplir con los reportes requeridos y solicitados en forma mensual, para revisiones de negocio y cuando sean requeridos.
- El nível de comisión a recibir se revisara en forma periódica en cuanto a las condiciones de mercado y de negocio, por lo que se deberá conducir acorde a “Business Code of Practice”, no deberá de trasmitir información confidencial y/o prácticas que afecten o dañen a la Empresa, sus marcas y su personal.
- Conocer los riesgos inherentes a sus actividades y su cumplir con las medidas de control del área para prevenir enfermedades y accidentes.
- Conocer los aspectos ambientales significativos y los impactos asociados con su trabajo, llevar a cabo las acciones requeridas para alcanzar los objetivos y metas ambientales.
- Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integral aplicable a la Calidad. Medio Ambiente y Seguridad.

**Nível de Educacion**
- Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, electrónica, mecatrónica o su equivalente en experiência.

**Experiência**
2 años de experiência en venta de equipos y/o servicios de bien capital

2 años de experiência en venta/servicio a compresores de multimarcas (deseable)

**Conocimientos**
- Conocimientos de operación y mantenimiento de equipo de aire comprimido en general
- Ventas Técnicas
- Compresores multimarcas
- Manejo de objeciones
- Amplio conocimiento de Microsoft Office
- Primeros auxilios y manejo de extintores
- Electricidad
- Herramientas y equipos
- Manejo de sustancias químicas y residuos peligrosos
- LOTO (Lock Out-Tag Out)
