The Market Research Intmd Anlst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of usability testing.
- Employ the different research methodologies and ways to gather consumer feedback and recommend the right research approaches to gather feedback.
- Glean insights from feedback to make recommendations for net promoter score.
- Offer user experience feedback at all phases of the project life cycle and provide insights and recommendations to optimize insights.
- Ensure adherence to business principles and standards for all project engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and adhere to project task execution and timeliness.
- Manage relationships across key stakeholders and 3rd party research vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

El CX Data Scientist es un rol profesional que ayuda al equipo de CX en desarrollos, consultas, análisis y construcción de datos. Se ocupa de apoyar al equipo en desarrollar mejoras formas de analizar los datos que se recopilan en los procesos de experiência de clientes del Banco.

Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto. Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Esta función abarca a los titulares responsables de diversas actividades de datos, que incluyen el análisis de datos, el mantenimiento, la calidad de los datos y la gestión de bases de datos o la arquitectura de bases de datos / ingeniería de diseño.
- Ejecutar el procesamiento de datos para diferentes estudios.
- Asegurar la calidad de los datos utilizados para el estudio.
- Simplificar y controlar el procesamiento de datos para los estudios.
- Desarrollar y programar metodologías para mantener el control de muestras, suficiente y de calidad.
- Realizar documentación de procesos y flujos de datos.
- Participar y coordinar las reuniones de trabajo asociadas a sus funciones.
- Implementación y creación de cuadro de mando.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del estudio de datos.
- Analizar e interpretar datos.
- Construir KPIs.
- Entrega diaria de productos rutinarios y definidos, al mismo tiempo que se desarrolla el conocimiento del contexto más amplio en el que se realiza el trabajo.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y salvaguardando a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisando efectivamente la actividad de otros y creando rendición de cuentas con
