**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Support to the Cultural Transformation strategy through the implementation of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Corporate Image, and Editorial Design.

Responsible for the creation, launch, and monitoring of organizational communication (digital content) to support the different initiatives, change management, talent management, and new programs, being a strategic business partner for the SSC and BU areas.

Accompaniment in the communication strategy to generate a better positioning and knowledge of SSC through the different PepsiCo teams

**Your Impact**

As The
**Visual Communication Analyst **your scope will consist of:

- Make a creative process to understand the idea and Present designs to clients for approval
- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
- Produce creative content graphics and editing work with a clear rationale.
- Create compelling content visuals for desktops, electronic devices, web programs, smartphones, mobile platforms, and apps.
- Genereate fresh, new, and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support the transformation and connected to the rest of the initiatives
- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Banners, Inphografics, Images, Social Media Posts, GIFs, and Digital content (animated and statics), among others.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, interactive design, etc.)

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of agency creative experience in creative, art / graphic design
- An online portfolio showing a variety of digital, multi-platform, standout work is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or above, and others
- Office 365 advanced
- Intermediate/Advanced English is a MUST
- Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
