**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
- Ser el primer contacto con los usuarios ante algún incidente.
- Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
Importante contar con:
- Atención al cliente
- Experiência en Soporte a usuarios
- Office 365
- SharePoint
- Oracle
- Implementación configuraciones de equipos
- Service desk
