**Responsabilidades**:

- Proporcionar soporte técnico de alto nível a nuestros clientes B2B.
- Depurar y resolver problemas relacionados con aplicaciones web y SQL.
- Realizar soluciones de problemas básicas de redes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en soporte técnico B2B.
- Amplio conocimiento de SQL y aplicaciones web.
- Capacidad demostrada en la resolución de problemas de redes básicos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
