You as a Manager Operation Mgt. will to the following:

- Supervises staff who plan and schedule personnel to meet or exceed customer service levels while achieving maximum efficiencies.
- Supports development, implementation of labor practices, policies, procedures, and force management systems.
- Leads, coaches, and supports a team of Operations Specialists responsible for daily force administration, force planning, budget preparation, and analysis. May include management of call routing systems.
- Supports development of long and short range plans to support a variety of operator/agent assisted services. May also include supervising staff who plan and develop long term capacity utilization and support execution of tactical, short term plans to deliver on outbound capacity utilization with internal and external suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree and 2 to 5 years of related experience.
- Communication Skills
- Leadership Skills
