Customer Service Advocate

Role OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities- Develop in-depth understanding of client products and user profiles, responding promptly to changes and updates.
- Onboard new users, addressing their questions and concerns with personalized support.
- Support users with account issues, provide information on network dentists, and facilitate access to payment schedules.
- Actively seek and provide feedback on product issues, common questions, and potential improvements.
- 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in dental or subscription services.
- Fluency in English with professional writing skills.
- Full-time availability and strong computer skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include:
