XL.net is looking for an experienced Tool Administrator to join our Central Services team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m CST.

**Individual Responsibilities**:
- The ability to think outside of the box while staying focused on the objectives at hand
- Tool documentation management
- Management of all internal software tools, primarily:
- RMM platform
- Antivirus
- Backups
- Ticketing system
- SIEM platform
- O365/Intune/Azure
- Manage inbound tickets relating to software tools; troubleshooting, configuration, etc.
- Assist with after-hours client system maintenance
- Creating detailed documentation and procedures
**Technical Qualifications**:
- 4 - 5 years’ experience providing support to end users and IT infrastructure
- Associates or bachelor’s degree completed in a computer technology related program
- Certifications preferred
- Experience and familiarity with the following core technologies:
- Active Directory/Group Policy Administration
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Microsoft windows desktop and server operating systems
- Office365 administration/security
- Virtualization platforms
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting, etc.) and VPN
- Expertise with MSP systems:
- RMM (remote maintenance and monitoring) solutions
- Backup solutions and disaster recovery
- Patch management systems and processes
- Security product management utilized for malware/AV protections
**Skills**:
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set
- Must have strong problem-solving and organization skills
- Must be able to manage multiple work items at one time with a high sense of urgency
- Vendor management (RMM, backups, etc.)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
