Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant - GFSS.
**What you’ll do**:
Performs administrative duties for executive management located in Eaton’s Queretaro Corporate offices ( Country Controller and GFSS Staff Mangement).Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, travel reservations, meeting and event arrangements; expense reports, document translations, supervising other support staff, receiving and directing visitors and communications. Interaction corporate employees
" a) Support GFSS Managers Staff on events such as: Team building, Controllers Conference, Recognition ceremonies, communication monthly meeting.
b) Collect legal representative signatures of various documents, contacts and departments
c) Coordination of general trainings for the entire GFSS team. This role will participate in the Training and Enjoy committees.
d) Make quotes, purchase process and shipments to employees (souvenirs)
e) Coordination of office services, such as inventory management of cafeteria and stationery supplies, messaging, Water, etc.
f) Coordination of business trips for GFSS Staff or GFSS visits
g) CONCUR Expense Report from GFSS senior staff
h) Responsible to authorize visitors ,suppliers and new employees access to main entrance.
i) Responsible to receive and send messaging.
j) Requests for registration in the ORACLE system and maintenance of suppliers of purchases related to GFSS.
k) Make meeting minutes of the round tables and follow up on the actions "
**Qualifications**:
Administration Bachelor or similar
Bilingual skills, 1 or 2 years minimum of experience as bilingual administrative assistant required.

Organization of different events, planning, Microsoft Office Skills.
