**Warner Bros. Discovery** busca un experto en planeación financiera para nuestro Hub en México.

La posición de Analista de Planeación Financiera es responsable de ejecutar el proceso de planificación laboral anual y trimestral, apoyar las actividades de cierre de fin de mes, desarrollar informes ad hoc y proporcionar información financiera e ideas de alta calidad a los socios comerciales en todas las áreas de WBD. Además, el Analista Financiero será responsable de mejorar los procesos de planificación, reduciendo la frecuencia y el tiempo dedicado a las conciliaciones y ayudando en la mejora de las pruebas del sistema.

**RESPONSABILIDADES DEL TRABAJO**:

- Ejecutar la planificación y pronóstico del costo de personal de P&L y proporcionar comentarios sobre las variaciones / impulsores en comparación con el pronóstico anterior / presupuestoPY a las partes interesadas.
- Apoyar el proceso de cierre de fin de mes desde la perspectiva de FP&A con análisis de variaciones.
- Monitorear la utilización real versus presupuesto / PY y proporcionar los comentarios necesarios sobre las variaciones clave.
- Realizar análisis ad hoc detallados según lo solicitado y no cubiertos en informes mensuales o trimestrales. Implementar y mantener procesos estándar de FP&A dentro del costo de personal para garantizar la efectividad y eficiencia de estos procesos.
- Trabajar proactivamente junto con los Socios Comerciales en el área de costos de personal (implementaciones de sistemas, diseño de procesos estándar, desarrollo de informes requeridos).

**Requisitos básicos**:

- Experiência laboral De 2 a 6 años de experiência previa en planificación financiera.
- Se requiere título universitario. (Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, preferido).
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiência en FP&A y/o en la industria del entretenimiento preferida.
- Experiência en auditoría pública o privada y/o consultoría es una ventaja.
- Experiência en implementaciones y pruebas de sistemas es una ventaja.
- Experiência en un entorno corporativo grande.
- Se requiere competencia de intermedio a experto en MS Excel ,Word, y PowerPoint.
- Experiência en SAP preferida.
