INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Ven y forma parte del equipo de Inside Sales en Amstar DMC, como INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

FUNCIONES
- Tomar llamadas de los clientes directos y agencias de viajes.
- Reservar con los proveedores de los servicios contratados.
- Hacer propuestas para convertir los contactos generados por outside sales en leads.
- Convertir leads en ventas de acuerdo con las metas establecidas.
- Cobrar los servicios a los clientes, procesar reembolsos de ventas off line y ordenes web.
- Elaborar reportes de ventas y los documentos asociados.

**Perfil**:

- Preparatoria terminada. / Licenciatura en áreas administrativas o comerciales (deseable)
- Inglés avanzado INDISPENSABLE
- Experiência mínimo 2 años en ventas de servicios turísticos, ventas telefónicas y/o a través de websites.
- CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS:

- Conocimientos para el cierre de ventas.
- Conocimientos y técnicas para la búsqueda de clientes.
- Técnicas de manejo de conflictos para atención al cliente.
- Técnicas de negociación

Sueldo base $9,000 brutos mensuales más comisiones.
